We are Ready for you after COVID-19. Outdoor access - so no hallways to navigate. Of course we’re properly sanitized by our cleaning crew prior to your arrival. Full kitchen so eating in is super easy. Our Washer/Dryer makes keeping clean without exposure super simple (and free). And the stores of St. Croix are ready to welcome you (in a safe way!) You’ve earned the right to a safe and comfortable holiday in the sun. Uncrowded beaches so no worries there either.
AND - You are right on the Beach in our glorious Designer Decorated 2 Bedroom Villa! Like it's big brother - The Theatre on the Beach - there is nothing between you and the Ocean but 30 feet of Sand - and a Palm Tree.
Two full bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, your own washer and dryer - and a full kitchen. It's over the top luxury from floor to ceiling and everything in between. Let's start with the absolutely best part - the View.
It is nothing short of amazing - and if you do nothing all day but sit and enjoy it - who would blame you.
But there is everything else as well. The kitchen is beyond special - granite all around you, designer decor tiles, floors, walls, and ceilings. Brand new appliances, Grohe Faucets, Super high end pots and pans, dishes and glasses too.
You have everything you need for an enjoyable family friendly holiday - right on the beach.
Breakfast on the Balcony - no problems!
The two full bathrooms have huge double headed luxury showers - Rain shower heads on one side, Freehander massage heads on the other - and of course a hand-held shower too. The Master also features a two person soaking tub - can you say Romance on the Beach? Double sinks in the Master - why not?
The Master Bedroom with it's king sized bed, huge TV and large closet overlooks the beach and the ocean. You'll go to sleep to the sound of the waves - and wake to the Caribbean sun saying - "Good Morning".
The equally over the top Guest Bedroom features a Queen bed - and a King sized Day bed so you can sleep 4 if needed. Again there's a TV, over-sized closet, and seriously great decor to enjoy.
We haven't forgotten the living room (comfy, cozy, beautiful - and with a HUGE TV and great sound system - such fun) - or even better - the living area on the porch. That's where it's really wonderful to relax - no one to bother you - and nothing to see beyond sand, sea gulls, Pelicans, and the ocean.
Not interested in inside - go outside!
Spend the day at the pool or on the beach soaking up the warmth of the Caribbean Sun - no problems! Enjoy our two unofficially on-site restaurants - one 100 feet to the right, the other 200 feet to the left. You don't have to cook if you don't want to - we just made it super easy to go either way.
Have wandering feet? No worries. There are tons of great restaurants on St. Croix - it's one of the best reasons for visiting our lovely island. And to help - just ask me for my 25+ item Scavenger Hunt. From the desert to the rain forest - and everything in between - we have it on St. Croix.

This was a fantastic condo. Had breakfast overlooking the ocean everyday. Beautiful quiet beach and friendly neighbors. Leslie went above and beyond to accommodate a request that we had when our flight was changed. Highly recommend for a beautiful relaxing vacation!!!

Having a washer and dryer qas great but there was no laundry soap

The condo was very nice having laundry facility in the condo was wonderful and the view was stunning being right on the water is great. The kitchen was very well equipped with all you need for making meals. Communication with the host was very friendly and easy and the manager of the property was excellent. There was an issue with cleanliness at first but it was resolved very quickly.

The unit is as advertised. Overlooks the beach and is well equipped. The reasons for the low review are first when we arrived there was no wifi or n hot water. The hot water was fixed within two days. The wifi took ELEVEN days to fix. It involed numerous texts an me waiting inside,for three different servicemen to call. Six days into our stay a storm knockedout the DISH tv sigonal. We stayed 14 more days and the tv signal never came back. The owner who is not local refuned 12% of the booking fee but all the troubles put a damper on the experience. P. S. We never got saw the unit manager.
