The first bedroom is a Queen, while the second has 2 sets of Twin Bunkbeds. These bedrooms have access to a shared full bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the two main living areas, kitchen, and a King Bedroom with ensuite Bath.
Enjoy some outdoor time sun bathing on the beach or poolside with your favorite drink! Rent an Ocean Kayak, surfboard or paddleboard to enjoy the ocean from a different perspective. Take advantage of the Hot Tub after a long day of activities be sure to rinse the sand away in the convenient Outdoor Shower! Excellent house, property, and location. Spacious house with room for family get together and private space to chill. Excellent pool, hot tub private backyard with short walk to beautiful beach Short drive top excellent restaurants food shopping, treats - donuts, ice cream etc excellent market couple miles away. People in the area are so friendly.

The property we booked and the property we ended up in were not the same, due to a scheduling snafu. That being said, we were rebooked into a lovely home that more than met our needs. It was clean and well-furnished, and the property management was very responsive when we had questions. Will definitely return and book again.

We just got back from our first vacation in Sandbridge and we had a phenomenal time. This house was the perfect size for our two small families (My family including two sons 14 and 10 and my Sister in law and her family and her two small kids 2 and 8mos and a Noni and dog). The house had everything we needed and allowed us to walk back and forth to the beach multiple times a day with the little ones. The little ones also called it quits with the beach early or skipped days and opted for the pool.
We fished in the ocean in the evening and took a trip up to the nature reserve for some freshwater fishing as well. There was nothing that I had to call the management company about during our stay because everything was pretty much as expected. I did call a few times before our trip with questions and they were very quick to return phone calls.
The only thing I even hesitate to comment on is that the upstairs master bath is new and redone and the other baths are older and could probably use a refresh. This made the 1st floor bathroom feel less clean, because it’s old.
The outdoor shower was awesome to just get the kids showered as soon as they got home from the beach for the day!
Compared to other places I’ve vacationed, Sandbridge has way less to do, which people had told me and was welcomed. We went to the beach, swam, fished, ran, ate seafood. Awesome time!
