About this house rental
Bring the whole family to "Summer Slope”, an outstanding vacation home! If you like enjoying the water, this is your spot! There is a fabulous private pool complete with cabana-style lagniappe and outside bathroom, grilling station and everything you need to enjoy the beach! The beach access is located just across the street, convenient for children and grandparents too! Inside you will find cute, beachy décor and hardwood floors, Kitchen with Granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances and ground level Queen Master with a Smart TV. Poolside lagniappe also boasts a wet bar, and Full Size Refrigerator to store all your poolside drinks and snacks. Great place for family dinners and evenings together. Located at the southern end for biking to the Baha for evening relaxation overlooking Back Bay and unbelievable sunsets, or enjoy the sunrise from your own deck at "Summer Slope”.

We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

The house is comfortable and clean, for the most part. The decor is somewhat dated so if you’re looking for a fancy rental, this isn’t it. However, all the extra spaces like the top deck, pool cabana, pool, and the indoor common area were just what we needed. Access to the beach cannot be better unless you are ocean front. Highly recommend this property for your casual family beach vacation! We hope to be back.

My husband and I, along with our 3 sons and their wives, plus 3 grandchildren (ages 8, 5 and 3) stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The owners had put up Christmas decorations and a tree for us. It was a very thoughtful thing to do and we absolutely appreciated it very much! The house was perfect with plenty of bedrooms for all, a little play nook area, and a large couch to gather on. Beach access was directly across the street and we enjoyed lots of walks on the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough cups, glasses, dishes, cooking pots and pans, etc. Everything you could ever need is there. There was also a playground nearby which was wonderful and the Seaside Market at the end of the street has all the little grocery items you may have forgotten. I can't think of any downsides. We had a wonderful time together and would highly recommend Summer Slope to anyone. The sunsets are amazing from the deck!
