With plenty of space and a wealth of amenities, Dolphins and Daiquiris is your ocean-view beach condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Located on the grounds of The Sanctuary at False Cape, you'll enjoy access to a community courtyard featuring three swimming pools and gas grills available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Additional features include a fitness room equipped with treadmills, plasma TVs, and weights. The fitness center is available year-round!
After a long day of fun in the sun, retreat to this luxurious condo, where you can lounge on the couch and catch up on your favorite shows on the 53-inch TV with a DVD player. For added convenience, all three coastal-themed bedrooms are also equipped with TVs and DVD players.
Spend an evening in the lovely, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. After dinner, you might find yourself on the private balcony, enjoying stunning views while sipping an evening glass of wine or stepping out of the master bedroom with a cup of coffee in the morning. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Close to the beach was good. Cleanliness was a place of improvement, floors were not clean. The electronic lock was not operational until the next to last day of stay. Only one manual key was provided for 3 adults. Overall it was an okay property for the location and price. Quickness to response to issue could use improvemnet.

This is a nice condo and we enjoyed our time here with family. My only disappointment lies in the fact that we were not told that the building was undergoing substantial renovations. While the laborers were really good about not starting to work until 8 am, that can be a bit early when you are experiencing later nights during vacation. Only other thing I might add is that the people being hired to do the cleaning are doing a fairly superficial jobs when it comes to cleaning the floors. I have lived in Florida, so I recognize and have no issue with sand but the floors should be wet mopped between each stay IMHO. Again, the condo is nice but I think VACASA/VRBO should be more forthright about what to expect with major renovations taking place.
