The Sanctuary - Sunset Serenade A119

I liked that the apartment itself was nice, clean and had plenty of dishes. Unable to really comment on other aspects of the facility d/t being there during the storms that came up from hurricane Ian.

The door handle to the unit needs completely replaced. The handle doesn't work on the outside and the key almost broke every time we used it to get in. The seal around the door also needs replaced. Their were NO trash can liners, not even an initial. All food options within 5 mins close at the latest 10p. Market within 5 mins closes at 9p so you have to go 15-20mins to the food lion that closes at 10p. We are night owls so everything closing at 10p was a huge bummer. The only staff I encountered was a tech cleaning the parking garage, he was SUPER nice. The balcony door in the master bedroom does not lock. All the balconies need to be power washed but especially the two small ones. No extra towels or wash cloths were provided. I had to 9 mins away from the property to pick up the key...at night. The parking lot to the building where I picked up the keys was very poorly lit and completely unsecure with more than 5 reservation packets out in the open for the taking...VERY UNSECURE!!!
