Welcome to the lively North Sea resort of Burhave in Butjadingen. At our vacation park by the sea, we have the perfect apartment for your next vacation.

Please note that our accommodations are rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted. 

With two bedrooms, the “Wintergarten” vacation apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 people and one toddler up to 3 years old. Enjoy the wonderful North Sea weather on your private terrace and feel right at home with us. The highlight of this vacation rental is the adjoining winter garden with an integrated dining area and a view of the greenery.
There are a variety of recreational activities for both children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Take a dip in the Nordseelagune water park—enjoy swimming in a seawater lake without tides—or at the DLG-supervised beaches along the coast with no admission fee; use the swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn, which features a go-kart track and mini-golf, among other attractions, right in town. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing to your heart’s content. A place for an active vacation or simply for pure relaxation. Our vacation apartments are the ideal starting point for this. Centrally located, not far from the beach, yet quiet and private.
Get to know the region and its people; take a stroll through neighboring Bremerhaven or Bremen! But Burhave itself also offers numerous shops and restaurants that invite you to linger. There are also frequent cultural highlights—we’d be happy to provide you with information about them once you arrive.

Wintergarten:

Our “Wintergarten” vacation rental is located on the first floor of a beautiful thatched-roof house directly behind the dike. With 80 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old.
The apartment features a cozy living room with a seating area, flat-screen (satellite) TV, and radio. The living room opens onto the winter garden. Enjoy your meals here at the dining table for 4 people with a view of the greenery. Relax in the cozy reading nook or on a lounge chair outside on the terrace. You can access the terrace directly from the sunroom.
The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker (no dishwasher!).
Both bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and a closet. One of the bedrooms also features an additional flat-screen TV.
The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, shower, and a hair dryer.
The vacation rental also includes a parking space and a bike storage area.


You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can book them for an additional fee and find both waiting for you upon arrival. If you’re traveling with a toddler, you’re welcome to book a travel crib and a high chair for an additional fee. We also rent out baby monitors, bottle warmers, baby bathtubs, safety rails, changing pads, night lights, and stair gates.
You can also borrow a microwave and a freezer for free. If needed, please specify your requests when booking.
A parking space is located directly next to the building and is free of charge.
A flat-rate final cleaning fee is charged for the apartment. However, you also have the option of handling the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. Upon successful inspection upon your departure, the amount will be refunded to you.
You have the option to use a washing machine and dryer in the central administration building for a fee.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
