Relax in “your” jacuzzi under the stars or sitting around the fire pit.
This beautiful and newly renovated home offers 3 bedroom/6 beds, a workplace station, full kitchen, grill and much more!
We are located closed to many convenience stores and amenities like, Dollar General, RiteAid, Five-below, Mount Airy Casino, Camelback Sky Area, Kalahari, The Crossing Premium Outlet, Tobyhanna State Park.
*PLEASE NOTE*
1) There’s an additional $50 community fee per booking, community MUST receive the STR application 3 days prior to your arrival.
If we do not receive this information , our gated community will charge a $90 late fee on top of $50; total: $140. This fee isn’t included in your booking.
2) All guests MUST go to welcome center to receive pass to enter to the community, the office will need a valid driver’s license and car registration otherwise pass will not be provided.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Home is in a gated community with pools, lakes, boat launch into the lake, kayak rental, paddle boats, mini golf, playgrounds, tennis court, basketball court. (Community pools and boat rentals are open from Memorial Day - Labor Day), there is an extra fee per person to pay at welcome center if decided to enjoy the community amenities ($12 per person, per day).
COMMUNITY RULES: Please make sure to observe the speed limit/stop signs as there are public safety officers on patrol to avoid fines, guests/drivers will be responsible for any fines.
