Absolutely charming! You will love everything about this oceanfront residence. Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front condominium located at the much desired Beach Club at St. Simons.

Unit #416 features a fully equipped, updated kitchen, combined living and dining area and updated bathrooms. Your favorite spot will probably be the large private balcony just off the den that opens up to both bedrooms as well.

The dining room table seats four comfortably and there are additional bar stools for morning coffee! The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, television, and en-suite bathroom. The guest room features two twin beds and another bathroom is located right around the corner.

The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure.
Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Are you here for the food too? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance – Crabdaddy’s, Crab Trap, Beachcomber and Barrier Island Brewing Company, just to name a few.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The property overall was great! We really enjoyed the location and close proximity to the pool, beach and town. The condo was clean , comfortable, and supplied with all the basic amenities we needed to get us through the weekend. My only minor complaint was one of the twin beds either had a bad frame or the mattress needed replacing; my daughter was slipping and sliding in her bed all night, but we did not let this ruin our experience. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.
