Just fully renovated, Beach Club 212 will surely please! Both bathrooms and kitchen have been completely refurbished in addition to all new furnishings throughout. Beach Club 212 is a two bedroom, two bath fully equipped condominium
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. | In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. Beach Club #212 faces the interior of the landscaped courtyard at the beach club on the south side which means you get morning sun on your balcony!
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, Sleeper
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. We had a great week at the beach. The listing was accurate and we enjoyed the condo and the facility. A few more umbrellas would have been nice around the pool otherwise it was a great trip.
