About this house rental

Come stay in a piece of Waco history that was built in 1915. This home was previously owned by Chip & Joanna Gaines and was featured on Fixer Upper S1:E6. Just two doors down from the old Harp Co., now Waco tours, and minutes from the Silos and Baylor, it makes for a convenient spot downtown. With large rooms, there is space and beds for 8 people. Experience the home through an augmented reality tour! See augmented information on your phone, as you explore the features and history of the house. Window coverings are provided for bedrooms (the pictures do not show them.)

Great house, however there was paper window coverings that do not block out any light. While the listing shows & lists 3 fireplaces, none are operable. The host was gracious in returning one night's stay as we couldn't sleep given the lack of proper window coverings. If that's addressed it would make a difference.
