Minutes from Magnolia & Baylor, enjoy the Little Cottage on famous Austin Avenue

The house is lovely on a great street, centrally located, comfortable. The problems I had were mostly cleaning issues. There was black mold in both showers and cob webs and dead bugs all over the inside of the front door and in some of the bedroom windows. The house had clearly not been dusted or "wiped down" for a very long time, when objects were moved there was an obvious dust outline. I am usually not picky about a little dust but the black mold was really bad. I did find Clorox spray and used that to clean the bathrooms. When I tried to contact the host, no one responded for three days. The tv remote batteries were dead, so we bought new batteries. Many light bulbs were out around the house, which we changed once the host finally responded to us by placing a pack of light bulbs on the kitchen counter. It is a good house, they just need new cleaners and a manager who pays attention to the details.

Great location to Extraco Event Center. Cottage is a great description, in a neighborhood of older established estates. All we needed and more. Communication was great and would stay again. Thanks for having is.
