Venturing out, enjoy exploring the Aquinnah Cliffs, swimming in the warm waters of Nantucket Sound, and discovering Joseph Sylvia State Beach ideal for its windsurfing, beachcombing, and fishing. Other attractions include downtown Edgartown and the Gayhead Lighthouse. Numerous dining and shopping options will also be available at your fingertips.
Back at your stay, peace abounds in the gleaming, full, open kitchen, comfortable living room with vaulted ceilings, and outside in the expansive backyard. All guests shall abide byour good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house is on a quiet street yet only a 6 minute drive to circuit ave. We had everything we could have asked for and even anticipated for the things we may have forgotten. The outdoor shower, basement-ping pong table were added bonuses and surprise! Would book again..

We’ve been coming to island for several years with other family members renting several houses each trip. Each year, we would try different houses and locations on the island. After this rental, I will only rent this house from this host. The house is very clean and spacious and there is so much that is provided for your stay. You will not be disappointed choosing this house for your stay. It’s also very close to the beach, shops, and downtown. Looking forward to next year’s trip.

Had a great time here between hanging on the porch and movie nights in the basement during the rain! Comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen for cooking.
