The home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a covered lanai, a private pool, spa, game room- pool table, foosball table, dart board; outdoor grill, ceiling fan, and shower. Grill & pool heat/spa can be heated for a fee. The home is just a short drive to Disney World and Universal Studios.

The Space
The open floor plan, allows the whole family to stay connected even while meals are being prepared in the fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is a chef's dream come true, complete with a spacious island that offers both additional meal preparation space and a cozy breakfast bar.
The living room provides a seamless transition to the covered lanai through sliding doors, where you'll discover a ceiling fan and grill conveniently connected to natural gas. Whether rain or shine, this is the perfect spot to savor a delightful BBQ experience while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
With four bedrooms in total, this home ensures ample space for everyone.
The large king master bedroom provides direct access to the pool area through sliding doors, while its ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks, a generous shower, and a convenient door leading out to the pool deck.
The Queen bedroom, located off the kitchen, has its own access door to a bathroom equipped with a tub over shower, vanity unit, and toilet. This bathroom also serves as the house bathroom.
The remaining two bedrooms, 1 Queen & 2 twin beds, are situated at the front of the house and share a bathroom complete with a shower, vanity, and toilet.
The garage comes equipped with a pool table, foosball table, and dart board for an evening of fun.
Each room has a Smart TV so guests can stream and connect to their apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and cable and/or Roku is offered in a few of the bedrooms as well.
Guest access
Community pool (adult and kids pool) exercise room, volleyball, and a kids play area.
Other things to note
Pool & spa heat can be added for an additional $40.00 per day. Pool/spa heat will run from 10am-8pm. Pool heat is set between 86-90 degrees and spa heat will set between 100-102 degrees.
Gas grill can be added for an additional $80 per stay. The home has parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
There is an exterior security camera at the front door and at the side of the house.

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at this home. Everything was exactly as pictured in the photos. Some of our favorite amenities were the pool, and hot tub, game room, and we LOVED the kitchen! The kitchen had everything you need, including many pots/pans,spices, 2 coffee makers, and lots of dishes. The house in general was also very well stocked with plenty of towels and extra blankets. Patrice is a wonderful host!! She was quick to respond to any questions and super friendly. The location was perfect. It's located in a quiet gated community that is still close to all the parks. Our stay at this newly remodeled modern home in Watersong, Florida, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the clean, contemporary design and thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
**Accommodation:**
The home itself is beautifully renovated with a modern aesthetic that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The spacious living areas are well-furnished with stylish, comfortable seating and décor. The kitchen is a highlight, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, which is perfect for families or groups who prefer dining in.
**Bedrooms and Bathrooms:**
Each bedroom is a cozy retreat, featuring plush beds, quality linens, and ample storage space. The bathrooms are equally impressive, with modern fixtures, plenty of towels, and excellent water pressure in the showers.
**Outdoor Space:**
The private pool is surrounded by a spacious covered patio area where we spent many relaxing afternoons. The patio is well-furnished with loungers and a dining set, making it an ideal spot for both sunbathing and al fresco meals.
**Location:**
The home's location in Watersong is fantastic. It's a peaceful, well-maintained community that provides a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Disney parks.
