Welcome to our holiday home, in the heart of the charming village of Loix.
The house is an old fishermen's house, quietly located in a cul-de-sac 200 m from the sea and 200m from the center of the village and all its amenities (bakery, daily market in summer, small supermarket, bar and restaurant, craft village). Possibility of tennis and bike rental in the immediate vicinity.
It consists of a recently renovated main house, a small detached annex, a garage with laundry room, an outdoor awning with open barbecue and a walled garden. The bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes. Wifi available.

- living room overlooking the garden with large bay window and wood stove
- beautiful equipped kitchen, very bright, bar island with stools
- Parent area on the first floor with bedroom opening onto the garden with new 160 cm bed, bathroom with 2 sinks and shower, separate toilet.
- 3 bedrooms upstairs (equipped with new 160cm beds), bathroom with shower, separate toilet. 2 bedrooms can be adapted into twin beds and 1 baby cot is available.

Garden with lawn and stone terrace, 1 covered awning with table, chairs and wood-burning barbecue, 2 sunbeds.

Garage for bicycles and various storage spaces + laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer.

Numerous cycle paths and paths by the sea or through the salt marshes nearby. The beach of Grouin is ideal for small children.

Minimum rental period: 4 days
A security deposit of 1000 euros will be required to cover any damages that may occur during your stay.
Cleaning fees are included in the rent.
10% discount for rentals of 2 consecutive weeks or more.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can easily be rented.

The house must be left clean, otherwise additional cleaning costs may be retained.
