In the heart of the Île de Ré, between Saint-Martin-de-Ré and Le Bois-Plage, this architect's house offers an ideal setting for a stay with family or friends, in a quiet environment, with immediate access to cycle paths.
From the morning, enjoy the protected terrace for breakfasts in the sun. The day is extended between the beach, bike rides and moments of relaxation around the private heated swimming pool (5x10 m), before meeting in the evening around the plancha.

The house, built in 2015, offers a large bright living space entirely open to the outside:
- convivial kitchen with central island
- dining room and living room with glass roof
- direct opening onto the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool
Everything is designed to move freely between indoors and outdoors and take full advantage of the sunny days.
