Single-storey house: living room with fitted kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Exterior: 6 m² terrace, private 400 m² enclosed land and courtyard. Parking on the property. In the countryside but just 3 km from the center of Paimpol, this independent, single-storey, bright and comfortable house will suit people wishing to stay on the Côte de Goëlo which is not lacking in tourist attractions: Paimpol, its fishing port and marina, its lively quays, its town center with its half-timbered houses, its galleries, its 5 beaches including that of Kergrist and the more family-friendly one of Poulafret... In Lézardrieux (4.2 km), you can also stroll along the marina and do not hesitate to embark with -Les Passeurs du Trieux- for a mini cruise to the outskirts of Bréhat or, on the contrary, further inland by approaching the outskirts of Pontrieux, thus allowing you to admire as you pass the Château de La Roche Jagu...really magnificent. The pier for Ile de Bréhat is 9.5 km away: plan to spend the day there.
