We'd never visited the Paimpol area before but found it to be an excellent base to explore the beautiful beaches, gardens and towns of tbe Cotes d'Armor. The house is very modern, warm, well equipped and comfortable, having everything needed for a relaxing break.

Super Séjour (trop court) dans cette très jolie maison conforme à la description et aux photos postées sur le site. Quoi que nous ne l'ayons pas vue longtemps, la propriétaire est charmante et nous a expliqué tout ce qu'il avait à savoir. L'endroit est très calme, Paimpol est tout proche. Cerise sur le gâteau, le soleil était là. Bref, très belles vacances. Endroit à recommander sans hésitation. Michelle et Gilbert de Liège.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit drei verschiedenen Sitzecken, TV eine zum Wohnzimmer hin offene Küche, ein Duschbad mit Wanne, ein WC und ein Abstellraum mit großem Tiefkühlschrank und amerikanischem Kühlschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Die Garage ist nicht mit vermietet. Im Außenbereich bietet der komplett eingezäunte Garten mit einer überdachten Terrasse, viel Rasen und herrlichen Palmen ausreichend Platz. Die gepflegte Wohnsiedlung, in der das Haus steht ist sehr ruhig. Durch Lärm wird man dort nicht geweckt. Die Siedlung befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf am Rande der Stadt Paimpol. Dort findet man unzählige Restaurants, Cafes usw. Frau Choupeault war eine sehr freundliche, angenehme und bemühte Gastgeberin, die sich auch während unseres Urlaubs mal per Mail meldete und Tipps gab. Wlan und deutsche TV-Sender rundeten das Angebot ab. Kurz um, wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Très calme et très confortable à conseiller pour un séjour agréable

Logement bien équipé et très fonctionnel, cela va très au-delà de l'essentiel (TV grand écran, décodeur Canal Sat, wifi, le grand frigidaire américain pour congeler vos araignées, tourteaux, homards à rapporter pour les fêtes de fin d'année, également la fabrique de glaçons pour vos apéros. Terrain entièrement clos et voisinage très discret, pas de problème pour notre berger allemand, grande terrasse et préau avec le salon de jardin pour les apéros. C'est particulièrement confortable et très propre. L'accueil de la propriétaire et chaleureux avec les petits cadeaux de bienvenue, cidre, gâteaux bretons, rillettes de maquereau. Le centre de Paimpol est à 3km.Nous avons l'habitude des séjours via Abritel et cette location n'a pas la vue sur mer mais le rapport qualité/prix reste remarquable. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

La location est conforme aux photos, le calme en plus.... maison fonctionnelle, entretenue avec soin, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, à proximité immédiate de Paimpol. Région touristique avec Sillon de Talbert, les lavoirs de Pontrieux, Île de Bréhat, Île de la Comtesse entre autres..... Un grand merci à la propriétaire, Jocelyne, pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse 😉

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Jocelyne. La maison est situé dans un endroit calme, elle est très bien soignée, propre et a proximité de tous. Jocelyne nous a super bien accueilli et nous a fourni tous les conseils nécessaire pour nos vacances. Je recommande vivement cette location pour découvrir Paimpol et ses environs.
