This new single-storey house, facing south, is ideal for accommodating couples or families of up to 6 people. Very well located in a quiet area, it has an enclosed garden without vis-à-vis with terrace, a parking lot for 3 people (car/boat), and a garden shed with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, two adult bikes and two children's bikes.
You will benefit from the proximity of the sea, the advantages of the town of Paimpol and the calm of the countryside.
Tennis club, stadium, swimming pool and cinema very close. Pier for the island of Bréhat 5' by car.
The house offers a very bright living room open to a fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, pyrolysis oven, combi fridge freezer), a TV/reading room, an entrance cupboard, three bedrooms with dressing room, a bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, separate toilet. It is heated by a pellet stove and convector in each bedroom.

A great property and has every facility. Lovely view to garden from lounge and a quality kitchen. Private parking so no problem with car. Plenty of free parking in Paimpol so we used car rather than walk. A lovely area to visit and only a short drive to coast (less than 10 minutes).
