About this house rental
In PAIMPOL,
the typical stone cottage with character and its pleasant wood stove for your evenings, from 4 or 5 nights
Close to the sea and the city, the gîte: S Romarin in Paimpol benefits from an ideal location for a successful stay
In summer you will enjoy meals in the small garden on the south-facing terrace in front of climbing passionflowers, Australian cordylines, phoenix, rosemary, and palm and olive trees
From the Gite you will be about 10 minutes by car from the centre of Paimpol and the beach. (without the inconvenience of city noise in summer). WIFI
15 bar espresso coffee machine for your lunches (milk froth function)
CLEANING: If you do not wish to do it on departure, it is possible to pay for the cleaning option on arrival at the rate of fifty € (please inform me)
This stone cottage classified 3 * and its outbuilding on the FACE inhabited by the owner or in the summer season occupied by tenants during their stay (but separated by a 2 meter high oleander hedge, fence and wooden fence) to cut the opposite, has a private Mediterranean type garden
( 2 olive trees ) Something to relax and enjoy meals or aperitifs in the open air on the small terrace
The house consists on the first floor of a living room with television and a kitchen area in 2 parts with everything necessary (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, freezer combination, dishwasher).
Upstairs a landing leads to the bathroom with shower and toilet, and two independent bedrooms under the slope: one independent bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and the other with 2 single beds, of 90 (1 for teenagers)
For the comfort of your stay, the cottage is also equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and Internet.
For your vehicle you have a private parking space and a small enclosed garden.
(during school holidays except summer S Romarin accepts only from bookings for a min of 5 nights and from 4 nights in low season)

Logement idéalement situé, à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. Mention spéciale à l'île de Bréhat, les rochers et landes de Ploumanac'h, l'Abbaye de Beauport, le Sillon de Talbert....et tellement d'autres pépites à voir.
Le propriétaire est accueillant, de très bons conseils et disponible.
Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la literie, l'état de propreté, les équipements mis à disposition, la location joliment décorée.
C'était un vrai moment de détente. Allez y sans hésiter!

Nous avons apprécié notre semaine à Paimpol, dans cette charmante maison cosy et atypique, offrant tout le confort moderne. Elle est idéalement située aux portes de Paimpol pour découvrir la région, grâce aux précieux conseils de Mr Ferrand.
