Summary:
Secluded lakefront bliss, retreat in Great Barrington! Sleeps six with modern amenities, scenic views, and outdoor spaces – deck, screened porch, flat lawn, and private lake access. The Space:
Our modern kitchen is a chef's delight with ample counter space, stove/oven combo, microwave, 12-cup drip coffee maker and a "lunch" counter connecting to the spacious living/dining area. Picture windows frame stunning lake views, and a free-standing fireplace/stove adds warmth to the main area.
After whipping up gourmet meals, there is plenty of space for all your guests to enjoy, the dining table sits up to 10 guests.
The adjacent TV room, with sliding door access to a screened-in porch, provides an additional cozy space. The smart tv can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.
For easy planning here are the bedroom layouts:
Primary Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds
Living area: queen size pull out sofa
There are two full bathrooms and one half bath. There is a full bath on the lower level, a half bath on the main level, and an ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom.
The ensuite has a sleek rain shower, while the lower floor bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.

Bring your furry friends, two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!
No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.

Hard review to write. The home and property surrounding are lovely. But... First, home is listed as having 2 queen bedrooms. Beds are full size, not queen, which matters when one of your party is 6'3" and 230 LBS. Second, every pan and dish we took out to cook with was dirty. Has to be washed, and some had to be scrubbed. Some were beyond scrubbing. We had to buy a new frying pan to make scrambled eggs bc all the pans had had the non-stick coatings worn off from being put in the dishwasher. To boot, the kitchen was a disorganized mess. The cupboards had pots/pans/dishes crammed into them so opening the door was like a late round of Jenga. Old food and staples left in the cupboards anove. I thru 4-5 things out that we're expired - there's lots more.Ice maker hadn't been cleared for about 3-4 weeks. The bottom 4" of ice cubes were freezer burned. When we arrived, the water filter in the fridge dispenser had a gleaming red "replace me" light on. Dock is pretty wobbly and sinking on one end. Management company kept telling me to send them pics of things. How about, instead, you train and supervise your cleaning teams properly? 'Cause my pics aren't fixing things for our stay. Like I said, house and grounds are lovely. Just not managed to the standard of a home like that.

We loved our stay. The setting is spectacular right on a pond with complete privacy yet so close to town. The host was warm and welcoming. The home was not only artistically designed but provided for all our needs. We are looking forward to returning for a fall foliage getaway.

1.very steep driveway for a truck/cab and alternative parking spot on the shoulder of the road and could not see vehicle from the house.
did inquire ahead about the driveway and the owners claimed it was'nt bad._it was like a ski slope!!!
2. all the furniture in the house was uncomfortable including the bedding! I was doing squats to sit on the sectional! I thought I read that the master bedroom was done over, not the bedding! I sat at the kitchen table most of the time .
3.there were 6 remotes for the TV- we could not figure which was which!?!
the pluses are great master shower with a rain shower head, nice kitchen and supplies,nice back yard vista and great location!
Unfortunately we left a day early because we were not sleeping well.
