Fresh and simple living in a three bedroom family friendly duplex.
Experience the Berkshires while staying in a newly renovated Victorian house in Housatonic.
Tasteful clean furniture, organic new sheets, pillows and duvets. Lovely clean kitchen that is fully equipped to host dinners.
Situated up on a hill in Housatonic this three bedroom is conveniently located to to Great Barrington, Lake Mansfield, Stockbridge, Butternut, Catamount, Tanglewood, Kripalu and Monument Mountain.
The two story duplex is airy and light. Living space downstairs has a large kitchen with a pantry, washer and dryer. Spring drinking water provided.
New Dansk cookware and dinner set. Nepresso coffee machine and pods.
Dining room off the kitchen seats 4 to 6 people which flows into a small lounge area.
Upstairs is three bedrooms. One with a queen bed, one with a full bed, one with open bunks ( full on the bottom and twin on top )
Bathroom is small but sweet. Bath / shower.
There is a small porch with a table for dining.
Housatonic is a Victorian mill town situated on the Housatonic river. Lovely old mills harken back to the 1800's. The town itself is mostly residential. Enchanting Victorian homes spend throughout make it the perfect place for after dinner strolls.
This up and coming neighborhood is close to literally everything going on in the Berkshires.

6 minutes to Monument mountain, Ice Glen trails, Housatonic Flats, many more
12 minutes to Butternut

So close to all the wonderful experiences in the Berkshires, in a residential neighborhood with a cute tea shop around the corner and Berkshire bakery so close! Enjoyed relaxing on the porch listening to the rain and reading a book, and loved the cleanliness and brightness of the rooms! Great place to stay! A more substantial curtain or shade in the bathroom for nighttime would be sweet, we covered it with a towel when it was dark out due to our own nervousness. Not that there was any reason to be worried it being on the 2nd floor and facing the end of someone's yard just something my friend and I both thought about!

Emma's property is adorable! Clean, well appointed with fresh flowers on the table to great us. Smooth and easy communication from start to finish. Really close to Tanglewood and all the activities Western Massachusetts has to offer.

We were headed to Tanglewood and found Emma's place. It was so adorable. The beds were beyond comfortable, the kitchen was so well equipped with truly whatever we needed to use to cook and it was super thoughtful having toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom cause i forgot mine. It was perfect size for us 4 ladies. I wish i stayed longer!
Emma was so gracious as a host and very communicative.
