Castle Townhouse is a delightful new listing, completely renovated, and in a wonderful central location - just steps to the center of Great Barrington and a few minutes walk to lovely Lake Mansfield! The portico welcomes you into the front foyer from the wrap-around front/side porch with outdoor seating. Just inside, there is a large main closet perfect for all of your Berkshire gear. The main floor is tidy with a sumptuous living room, complete with a new flat screen SmartTV, and very cozy seating. The kitchen is perfection with all new stainless appliances, a small wall-mounted TV, counter seating for 2, a huge island for prepping and a country style table that seats 6+. There is a darling small deck area off the kitchen door, which houses a gas grill during the warmer months.
Upstairs, you will find all 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with queen bed, and two guest bedrooms -- one with a queen bed, the other with double (extra wide!) bunk beds.
