At Kuhio Shores #113 nothing can beat the location and views. Perfect paint, perfect furnishings, custom molding and artwork everywhere. The Kitchen and all cooking and eating utensils are brand new, all matched glasses and cutlery.

Enjoy the magnificent sunsets or watch the surfers or sea turtles from the lanai or go snorkeling at the beach right out front.
No need to deal with stairs or elevators; simply walk out the sliding glass door, and enjoy the ocean’s majesty!

The first-floor location allows easy access to unforgettable sunrise and sunset views. Outstanding snorkeling is steps from the building, and white sand 'Lawai Beach' is 150 feet to the right of this spot.

This unit has a new top of the line Seally Posturepedic King bed in the master and a queen-size pull-out bed in the living room for the 3rd or 4th person. It has wall mounted air conditioning so you can relax in comfort.

Rental equipment available next door at the famous Beach House Restaurant. Kukui’ula Village Shopping Center is an easy 10-minute walk away, and offers dining (from Bubba Burgers to Savage Shrimp), a culinary market, clothing shops, groceries, drug store, shave ice, coffee/ice cream parlor, and more.

This property is absolutely stunning. The location could not be more perfect. A fantastic snorkeling spot is just steps away, so my husband and I went multiple times each day. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The A/C works well and was a perk. The owner was so friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this property 1000%!

Great location and view in Poipu. Every day we would enjoy breakfast watching the ocean waves, and in the evening walk outside and see the sunset. The place is decently spacious, and comes with convenient amenities such as beach chairs and umbrella. On the days we were there, they were cutting some trees and blocked off some parking spaces, which was annoying, but still able to get the last 1-2 spots for parking. Would likely stay there again.

Amazing rental by amazing people. All glass back wall so you have a full view of the beautiful ocean. We were able to catch sunrise, sunset, and even the Milky Way all from the lanai. We both had to work half the day, but when your office view was this, all was good. Super clean and updated condo and furnishings. Very comfortable bed with a view to the ocean. Absolutely loved our stay. The view from the unit was stunning. Falling asleep to the roar of the ocean was amazing. Watched amazing sunrises and sunsets right outside our patio. Got to watch sea turtles play and surfers from our lanai and windows. On top of that this is a privately owned unit and John and Janis have designed a beautiful interior. We stayed in an other corporate owned unit here and this unit shows the personal care and beautiful decorative touch. The decor was done with quality and thoughtfulness.It has a feel that appropriate for our island stay. Highly recommend this unit for your stay

I can't say enough about what a gracious host John was. When he found out (last-minute by the company!) that construction had to be done at the condoplex where the booking is, he offered us various accommodations to help us. We ended up staying in this condo anyway because of the pictures. We were not at all disappointed as we had beautiful views and a short walk to the beach. The place was very comforting and homely, although we ended up spending most of our time out and about. Gracious host. Clean space. Beautiful location. Truly a top-tier experience. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location on the south shore of kauai. Constant surfers nearby made for a nice backdrop off the lanai and the owner is super chill. Close enough to everything on Kauai but would make for a great 2-3 day escape as well.

Exactly as advertised and better. First time we have had the pleasure to find so many of the things we needed in place when we walked in the door. All the toys that are hard to pack like beach chairs and umbrellas, and the things we alway seem to have to buy and leave behind like salt and dish soap. Just like the owner said it is a "home" not a hotel, and each guest seems to understand and use what they need, and add a little to the supplies for the next family. Wonderful concept - and so rare these days. Highly recommend and can not wait to come back and stay again. Oh, and visit Jay at the fruit stand across the street once a day. He is super nice and has the best papayas "farm fresh" for your breakfast. Thank you!

This was a once in a lifetime experience! This property is 100% as advertised and more. The moment we opened the the door to walking out to see the spectacular view of the ocean that was 20ft from our patio. This was the first time for my wife to visit Hawaii and could not stop talking about the property. We did tour around the island and we didn’t see any properties near the ocean like this one. John was very accommodating and easily accessible for any of our questions. If you are looking for a place to stay your search ends here. I booked this condo at Kuhio Shores to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. We stayed one week and it was THE perfect spot. It is probably the closest you will get to the ocean. We slept with the windows open, and you can hear the ocean as you sleep. For the price you pay in other hotels and condos, this is definitely worth the money. We wanted to return in December, but some of the dates were booked. We will definitely return in the future. This condo has everything you need for your trip: beach chairs, towels, snorkel, umbrella, a cooler for lunches. You are right next to the Beachhouse restaurant and a nice area for snorkeling. We saw lots of tropical fish. on the other side of the condo, we saw turtles, and from the rear porch, we saw a whale in the distant ocean. Top Notch!! 5 Stars

Lots of beach gear to use, we didn’t see any pool floaties so we bought and left 2 in the closet, so hopefully future guests can enjoy My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here - I’ll always remember our stay, no issues at all. We loved our 7 night stay at this location. Convenient to many highlights. The first floor location allows you to walk out to a nice grass area on the water. Enjoyed many sea turtle sightings from the lanai. You can snorkel, surf and swim at baby beach right next to the condo. Wi-Fi was great for remote work. The owner was very responsive when we faced unexpected construction nearby- he found another spot for us to work during the day and was kind enough to buy us dinner at the nearby beach house restaurant. Everything worked out very well. He has a high level of care for clients. Much appreciated. Would recommend this to others. (Note: you need quarters to do laundry )

Everything about this condo is outstanding. I loved the location (yes, it really is right on the water, and yes, you really can watch the sea turtles in the surf). The bed was terrific. My wife and I celebrated our 30th here, and what a beautiful and relaxing place! We travel a lot and are very picky, but this is literally the best place we have ever stayed! Here are some highlights: super clean, smelled fresh, updated interior, everything worked well, fully-furnished kitchen, strong water pressure, lots of ceiling fans, comfortable couches, full-wall windows for ocean view, window screens when privacy is desired, extremely soft and comfortable king-size bed, excellent cross-ventilation, and very strong air conditioning (if needed). The best thing, though, is the location! The back door is 20 feet from the ocean, but protected by a short sea wall. There was not much foot traffic except people from the condos. We were also 5 minutes from Poipu beach and 50 yards from Lawai Beach, where we found some of the best snorkeling in Kauai. It was so amazing that most days we made meals or ordered local take-out and ate at the high table on the lanai while listening to waves. The most fun we had during our trip was to hang out at the condo, snorkel at “our” beach, and read books on the padded patio chairs which can be set on the shaded lanai or moved out to sit in the sun. The condo has a bunch of extras, like beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a picnic cooler with blue-ice in the freezer! It was also super easy to book, we were in the condo 3 minutes after parking, and there is a local housekeeper in case there are any issues.
