Located in Madrid, this welcoming apartment lets you experience it all. Make short work of the 4-minute drive to The Magic Box or the 5-minute drive to Matadero Madrid. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Madrid by hopping on a metro at either Ciudad de Los Angeles Station, a short 9-minute walk away, or San Fermin - Orcasur Station, 14 minutes away.

After you return, you can unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the balcony. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. Great apartment and great view! Arancha came to meet me when I arrived and showed me where everything was. The apartment is spacious, clean and really nice. Very comfortable and warm on the cold days that there were at the start of my stay. Location-wise, it's excellent. There's a Día (small supermarket) just around the corner and a large Carrefour hypermarket a couple of minutes drive away. Also, the nearest metro station is a ten minute walk away and is on Line 3, so straight through to Sol. Also, there are a few nice local bars dotted about and it's right on the M40, so easy to access. Parking-wise, it's street parking but it's a quiet and safe area and there were always spaces available, although sometimes a three - five minute walk away.I would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Madrid later this year!
