About this apartment rental
SHORT-TERM RENTAL. Beautiful penthouse on a 5th floor with lift. All the apartment rooms have direct access to a large terrace that surrounds it, envolving it with natural lighting.. You would enjoy the fresh air or sunbathing at a very quiet place with the advantage of being very close to the center of Madrid. It takes 10 minutes by commuter train (Puente Alcocer station is just in front of the apartment) to reach Atocha and 13 minutes to get to Embajadores Station, both in the center of the city. The subway station is 700 meters away, around 12 minutes walk from the apartment (It’s line 3 station that goes directly to SOL). Next to the apartment there are also several bus stops which are going downtown. Connections to the city center by public transport are therefore excellent by train, metro or bus.
A perfect place to stay for both business and leisure trips in Madrid city.
Throughout the area there are also shops for fresh food and restaurants that offer 'daily menus'.
The apartment is 60 square meters big plus other 60 square meters of terrace. The apartment capacity is up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a large double bed of 1.50 meters wide, a living room with a sofa-bed with two individual single beds, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave and small appliances).
The large terrace surrounding the house has two rooms: most of it is outdoors and there is also a glassed-in area decored as a second living room connected to the kitchen: This area is perfect for both winter and summer as it has air conditioning & heater. You would be able to enjoy a fresh summer in Madrid! If you come by car, parking is easy in the same street and there is also the possibility of an underground parking in the same building at a low price.
The apartment has all the amenities you would need to feel like at home : FIBER OPTIC INTERNET-WIFI (600 mg ), TV, Air conditioning in all rooms ( ONLY IN THE SUMMER MONTHS) , heating and hot water. The building has a concierge, swimming pool ( ONLY IN THE SUMMER MONTHS) and underground parking (optional).

The apartment is quiet and comfortable and the terrace is beautiful. I found easy access to the rest of Madrid with the Puente Alcocer station right across the street. There are restaurants and parks nearby so you can really feel at home. The hosts were gracious and even helped me with my luggage.

Everything was better than expected. Friendly and timely greeting with all pertinent details and easily accessible for questions during my stay. It's a lovely neighborhood with everything I needed in within walking distance. The people in the neighborhood were all very friendly and helpful when I needed help. Highly recommend.

This penthouse apartment was very cosy and the location is excellent. It was clean and very well equipped with everything you could want. Elena was a very accommodating owner and she was very attentive to our needs. The patio that surrounds the apartment was really nice for relaxing and having a glass of wine after our days of sightseeing. The train station is right across the street and it is very affordable and so convenient. We could reach anywhere in Madrid so we never drove our car anywhere. The bed and other furniture was comfortable. Everything worked well and the wifi is fast. We highly recommend this apartment. We would love to return and stay there again someday. You can not go wrong to choose this apartment.
