Very disappointing as communication was so quick and optimistic
Location
Not clean - had to hoover lounge and bedrooms as they had not been cleaned prior to arrival. Surfaces were dusty and no surface sprays or cloths provided to keep things clean whilst there. Sheets and towels were clean Not well equipped in respect of kitchen equipment, glassware and cutlery Beds for 7 but lounge seating only enough for 4 and not enough cutlery or crockery for 7!
