Lage zum Strand ca 3 Minuten ca. 90 Meter und Ortskern 5 Minuten.
Lage an der Hauptstraße tagsüber verkehrsbedingt laut. Aber man ist am Strand daher individuelle Empfindsamkeit einschätzen.

The location of this house is very good. It is easy walking to town and the beach. The pool is large and warm. The house is well equipped for a rental. All in all, it is a very good deal.
The pool had sand on the bottom when we arrived and was never cleaned during our 2 week stay. The house needs updating and a deep cleaning. The yard is in serious need of landscaping.
