Goede ligging, fijne restaurantjes in de wijk en dichtbij centrum, zeer vriendelijke verhuurder en goed contact, vloer schoon, bed ligt prima.
De douche was echt niet schoon, het rolluik in de huiskamer functioneert niet naar behoren, de luxaflex in de slaapkamer was stuk, ontbrekend deurtje in de keuken, glazen in keukenkastje niet schoon, vlekken in de mat bij het bed, 2e set beddengoed lag opgerold en ongestreken in de kast, haakje (voor jassen) kwam van de muur.
