La disponibilité du propriétaire, l’emplacement, les équipements. Nous n’étions de passage que pour une courte nuit mais tout était bien pensé dans l’appartement.

Very nice and clean apartment. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very nice to use. There is a good kitchen too. About a 30 min walk to Jemaa El Fnaa - perhaps quicker if you are alone but we were a family of 6 so took a while. The caretaker of the apartment was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. We felt safe and secure at the apartment.
At the time we visited (Dec 2019) there were building works going on very close by, I am not sure how long they will continue. This did not affect us as we were out all day long each day but in case you wanted to book soon and relax inside during the day, it may be a little noisy for you. Please contact the host to know the updates on this.
