마라케시 신시가지에 있는 레지던스다. 오래된 건물이긴하지만, 엘리베이터도 있었다. 내부는 그리 청결하진 않지만, 모로코에선 대충 봐줄만했다.
화장실 천정에서 물이 떨어지더라. 동네 공사장 소음이 심하다. 세탁기가 있었는데, 문이 안열려서 사용할 수 없었다.

Très bien placé. L'appartement est fonctionnel La piscine est agréable et propre
Les cloisons sont très fines et il y a beaucoup de bruit. La salle de sport était fermée

No pude usar el gimnasio. Estaba cerrado y ponía un cartel solo para propietarios. Eso no lo pone al alquilar No funcionaban los canales de tv
