VisitZakopane - Premium Best View&Spa Apartment

We were really surprised by the number of balconies and the view of the mountains! The apartment is truly beautiful, well-maintained, and spacious; we felt very comfortable there. There’s a great shopping center nearby, but we had to drive with a car to other places, the hiking trails, and the city center.

The SPA center is very small, there’s a very strange smell in the salt room so it’s hard to stay in there for long, and the jacuzzi was lukewarm everyday, so we were disappointed. Also, it’s hard for several people to be in there at once - it’s not very comfortable. The room was missing oil and oven mitts; when we asked for them to be provided, we were told that there was no one available to deliver them in the evening. It's ok but unfortunately, we never received a restock, neither the next day nor for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was very basic: for 1 person two sausages with salad every day, some bread with butter, some cucumber, half an egg, and just a single olive, cherry tomato, mushroom, etc. The small portion size was a bit funny. I would definitely suggest expanding the menu in the future—best of luck!

The apartments were clean, the spa center was great, the location of the apartments was convenient, the center was within walking distance, and the windows had mountain views. Thank you for a great time.

Wszystko bardzo ładne, komfortowe pokoje i wystroj, spa w którym można zrelaksowac się po calym dniu, śniadania dostarczane pod drzwi o godzinie, ktorej chcemy, dostępny parking i dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam na ktotkie i dlugie pobyty😁
