Great location. Lovely quirky deco. A staff less guest house so you see no one. Air conditioner hardly worked so quite hot in room but we were at the back of building so quieter and cooler.

Gorgeous old building, decorated with originality and style. Kitchen on top floor. Elevator. Beautiful garden and lounge to hang out in. Comfortable room and bed. Quiet neighbourhood. Supermarket and post office 2 minutes away. Less than 10 minute walk to green line metro.

It’s a remote check in, only ever saw cleaning staff. Messages say to WhatsApp for any help, and we spoke to someone who was promptly moved when they had an issue with their room so it works.

Great restoration of a historic building. A great mix of both worlds, an eclectic environment with an amazing garden and shared lounge room and kitchen; organized to the extreme. They are prepared for every single question you might have, for example they have emergency lock boxes with spare keys for every single room in case you loose your key. The room was comfortable and I particularly enjoyed multiple details of the decor. But the garden… what a lovely piece of heaven mid city. Definitely recommended!

Minor minor minor detail: I would have appreciated a larger sink in the bathroom. Tip for those that struggle with smartphones: everything is managed virtually so if you prefer a front desk on demand, this might not be a place suited for you.

Die Lage ist günstig, Supermarkt in der Nähe, die Metro in der Nähe und grundsätzlich ist das Gebäude und der Garten auch ganz schön und liebevoll gestaltet.

Leider gab es Mängel im Interior. Einen Wasserschaden am Bett, der Herd war nicht gereinigt und das Fenster darüber angekokelt. Manche Gäste verwechseln das Haus anscheinend mit einer Art Party-Hostel. Es gab eine sehr irritierende nächtliche Störung im Garten inklusive Einsatz von Rettungskräften. Das fand ich deshalb verstörend, weil ich in einer Wohnung direkt am Garten untergebracht war. Die restlichen Nächte war es jedoch ruhig.
