    This property is fit for all travellers solo, couple and family travellers. 5 mins walking to "Indente" metro station. This property is nearby Fenicius Charme Hotel on the other side of the street. The room is clean. The property have free fastest Wifi ,elevator,closets were you can put your personal things. There is grocerie store LIHDL nearby and small groceries store in this area Laundry store,Beauty salon and some restaurants too and accesseble for tram. 5 mins walking to Center Maritim Morniz Station next to Indente station Metro.

    The hotel was good for the price. Room was vlean. No amenties more than soap for your shower. Was there 2 nights easy to get to and from to go into the central area and waterfront... where all the restaurants bars and everything else is going on... there are local bars around and places to eat as well. Lots of walking on cobblestone roads... wear comfortable shoes has there lots of hills as well.

    First time in Portugal, arrived on a rainy windy night. Was met by a rude and patronising receptionist. The bald, tallish black guy. He charged me extra upon checking and said its a city tax. I enquired where is this coming from? I had already paid in full weeks previous. Rather than provide clarity and a proper explanation he rudely asked me to step out of the line to deal with the next person. Mind you I had already paid 500+ euro to this hotel already. This was my first experience of lisbon and and Portuguese person and it left a very bad taste in my mouth at the lack of respect for customers. The itself room was a bit dusty in places, the toilet seat was slightly broken on its hinges. Other than that the rest of the room was OK. The rest of the staff at the hotel were helpful and kind. The first guy has a lot of issues and should not be in a customer facing role. A massive liability to this business. Do better!
