Wie beschrieben eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in „the middle of nowhere“. Eine super Abwechslung zu den Hotels auf einem Road Trip. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Familiäres Ambiente. Die vielen Tiere von Mike sind ein Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kings Canyon und Sequioa Nationalpark sind von hier aus sehr gut erreichbar.

An oasis in the middle of nowhere. We could not believe our eyes when we rounded the corner of the bumpy country road and saw where we were going to stay for the night. The Barn Loft was so beautifully outfitted, the view was spectacular and the hosts Mike and Bobbie the sweetest, most heartwarming people. Mike gave us a tour of his animal menagerie - including emus and large tortoise. Our child got to feed the goats. We enjoyed the fabulous pool until late evening, and in the morning a delicious breakfast. This was our favorite stay during our trip. We wish we could have stayed longer.
