The property was rustic and quaint in all the right ways. Walking into the guest house, I had no idea it would be as clean and comfortable as it was (with AC blasting). So many amenities for a traveling family or group. The guest rooms in the red house were a travelers delight. AC, plenty of towels, mini fridge, shower, comfortable beds, privacy curtains and nice decor. So often you get a motel with no character. This was warm and inviting.
Outdoor patio areas could use some cleaning/maintenance. We were only there briefly so didn't get to enjoy it long term, and I'm sure in the Summer months it's pretty hot to be sitting outside. But the fact they had these outdoor spaces is a bonus and I'd be happy to come again.

Kitschy, clean, good coffee maker. Comfortable beds and quiet.
Signage needs more light and better indication that it’s St Anna’s. We arrived after dark and had trouble finding the entrance. Driveway needs repair.

Lived the location. Its in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to the national parks. The room is large and comfortable. Coffee, microwave and Fridge were included. Te facilities were clean and access to the house was super easy.
The entry into the bath area was a little weird to me but we quickly warmed up to it, mostly because we were not expecting the doors to open into such a area. If a fan were there in the bath area, it would be very helpful. Also, if there were some sugar replacement options for the coffee, that would be great.

Room was beautiful and had all basic utilites with private bathroom.
The road leading to the hotel was unpaved. The air conditioner’s temperature could not be regulated, and it was making a lot of noise. The remote control for the AC had its batteries removed. Insects and bugs would enter the room whenever we opened the main door. It was also very difficult to control the temperature of the shower—selecting "hot" made it too hot, and "cold" made it too cold. YouTube was not accessible on the TV, and Chromecast was not allowed.
