The host is very friendly and helped me out when I was unorganised with reading my messages. She even resent them to different channels helping me out greatly. The Caravan was clean and the hot water was on. There were games and DVD in the Caravan we could use. The kitchen is fully stocked. We were able to park 2 cars near the Van.
The Park itself was unorganised and unhelpful. This has nothing to do with the Caravan or the host. We bought expensive entertainment passes as we wanted to take part in Bingo and swimming, but the reception had signs up with incorrect information, which resulted in us not being able to take part in any of these activities.

Nothing to do with the host but the I paid the park for the internet and it was an awful connection which the park need to sort out

Code was sent in good time for our arrival and was easy to access.
The two small issues we had were dealt with swiftly. Wifi for us would have been a great addition.
