Ottima posizione. Nonostante la posizione centrale e la piazza sottostante, piena di locali, la stanza è molto silenziosa.

The property is in a great location. The room was very clean, beautiful and furnished with taste, the shower super comfortable - spa like! Luigi was very flexible with the check-in and check-out! At walking distance from many famous must-see Naples attractions. Highly recommended!

Bellissimo appartamento. Luigi è un ottimo padrone di casa. La posizione è perfetta e, nonostante si trovi in una zona di movida, risulta silenziosissima.

We were looking forward to staying in the Chiaia area and were so happy to find this gem in such a prime location at such a reasonable price. Luigi was a wonderful host - very welcoming, friendly, hospitable, responsive to messages, attentive, and spoke perfect English. He provided us with tea/coffee/biscuits and stocked the fridge with drinks free of charge (a very welcome surprise), shared a list of restaurant recommendations, and even introduced us to his pets - huge bonus for the kids. The room itself was much bigger than anticipated (it looked smaller in the pictures), and very comfortable. The bathroom had a huge shower and waterfall spa feature which the kids absolutely loved. The coloured lights added to the experience. The accommodation is right in the middle of a pedestrianised square which is full of life in the evenings. This was actually great as it felt safe at all times of the day and evening. Despite the noise outside, the balcony overlooking the square had an insulated door which blocked out all the noise completely and we were all able to get a good night's sleep without any disturbance. The building is very old but had a functioning lift and even a concierge manning the giant front door. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city, and we look forward to coming back sometime soon. Thank you, Luigi, for helping make this family trip memorable.
