Close to Toyota rent a car (which I used), a post office that does international shipping and could potentially send back your suitcase. (I sent back one duffel bag)
Near a seven eleven and Lawson and even a family Mart but that family mart you must go through the train turnstiles I believe to get something from. (The KS line)
Just that if you have a JR pass you might need to walk 30 minutes away to catch a JR line into Tokyo through the one station that supports JR lines. Otherwise the KS station is a 3 minute walk away but as that’s private you’ll need to buy tickets or use your IC Suica card to use.
