環境舒適，室內空間很大，我們很喜歡，特別是客廳的部份。 有停車位，廚房設備齊全，方便烹飪。 門口有提供雨傘使用。 唯一的問題是它離車站有點距離(走路約15-20分鐘)，沒開車會有點不方便。
垃圾分類對外國人可能會太難，是否能簡單的圖示說明做垃圾分類。 浴室的蓮蓬頭(花灑)有水垢，使用上有點不方便！
