幕張でのイベントに参加するため3泊4日で利用させていただきました。
冷蔵庫、食器や調理器具、コンロ、レンジ、ケトルなど必要なものは揃っていました。
洗濯機と衣類用洗剤もあるので助かりました。
徒歩で数分でまいばすけっと（スーパー）もありました。
地図で見ただけだと不便な所かな？と思ったのですが徒歩1分で京成津田沼経由JR津田沼行きのバスがあります。
バスが無い時間でも幕張本郷や京成津田沼からタクシーで10分程度です。
幕張や千葉、ディズニーランドなどへ行くのに安価で清潔で機会があればまた利用したいお宿でした。
あとメールの返信もすぐに頂けて安心感がありました。

The space was great for my family.
The cleaning was not thorough. There was dust on the light fixture in the center of the ceiling, dust on the chair frame underneath the chair, and hair in a few areas of the room where the washing machine is, on of the windows’ frame.

For the price, the stay was excellent. The amenities were convenient and clean. The location was easily accessible by public transportation. We didn't utilize most of the things in the room, but having the washing machine available was very useful with the two year-old child.
The room was smaller than we expected. The photos were well staged to make the space appear much larger. While there was a washing machine available in the room, there was not a convenient place to dry the items after they were washed.
