The communication from the owner was excellent and very informative and friendly. The location was great for getting to the station and finding places to eat, and the flat was nice and spacious (with somewhere to sit and have meal, if required!) and well maintained. The bed was comfy, and the shower had good pressure, and there were a lot of appliance options if you wanted to do cooking and buy in food during your time there or wash your clothes in the flat. There was also a nice selection of manga in bookshelves around the flat, and a TV that worked, so nice touches.

I could hear some footsteps overhead, but nothing too disturbing. The toilet room was quite cramped, and I didn't like the mirror on the wall within it. It failed the reflection test. I'm sure it was nothing untoward, and probably more due to the type of mirror it was (a thin flexible sheet rather than a proper mirror), but you can never be too careful.
