Absolutely fabulous location in centre of Keswick

The double bedroom bed was like a marshmallow I much prefer a firm bed

The location was fabulous. The private secure parking was great. The lounge was very comfortable with a good TV & lots of DVDs available. The kitchen, whilst very small, was fine for making coffees and cereal. We ate out over the 4 days we stayed

Very disappointed with the ‘tired’ & grubby bathrooms. The taps needed replacing & were dirty at the joints. The porcelain tops were either missing or broken. There were plenty of cleaning products, but no washing up liquid or cleaning cloths or sponges in the apartment, so we had to buy some to clean our coffee mugs & wipe the worktops, not what I would expect to have to do. There w a dishwasher, but it would have been ridiculous to use it just for mugs! The out door seating area was dirty. The bed linen was clean, but not ironed. The mattress protector was badly torn. I don’t think the owners read the visitor book, as many of the issues had been mentioned previously, going back quite a few years ie lift broken (2024) no cleaning cloths and dirty & broken toilet seat ( 2025). See photo Maybe the owners have lost interest or think it’s acceptable not replace, maintain or clean the apartment before taking bookings?

A lovely apartment right in the heart of Keswick with plenty of shops,bars and restaurants right next door.Very clean,with comfortable beds and everything we needed.

The lift was broken which meant getting all our luggage up the two flights of stairs.At times the apartment was quite cold.

Great location

Directions to parking not clear and out of date, mentioned a butchers shop that was now a Greggs. Access to parking only suitable for small cars as little room between bollards. Large hallway to apartment dated and smelt, lift out of order. Apartment itself though was ok. Obviously we planned to leave apartment tidy, not expecting to have to strip beds and take out trash
