出入りが自由。駐車場が屋根付きで直下。風呂付。 空き家活用の良い見本になると思います。

民泊の形態では致し方ない事ですが、他の予約者に気を使う。

皆さん書いてあるとおりに　住宅街で駅有　スーパー有ですがなんせ　土地柄コンビニはないですから買いだめしてくるがいいかと 大雪の日でした。窓あけたら（全部2重窓！）となりの陽射しに人の背くらいつもってて（俺東京）感激。屋根付き駐輪場だし　家の造り全然ちがうし　環境がもう　異世界。俺もベットの部屋一人でノンビリ　 雪国生活が体験できて　楽しかった。 ガスヒーターがあって　ききずらかったらエアコンもつけてねなんて　言われて意味わからなかったけど　夜なんとなくわかった。（ガスヒーターだけで暖かかったです。） お値段控えめでも　雪国体験が楽しいです。

根本的　文句たれると　ブーメランで（オマエそれ言ったら雪国住めないから）自分に来るのも嫌やなんでやめときます。

The tatami room was lovely, tatami and screens were in very nice condition. During my stay it was very quiet, I think I may have been the only person staying there at the time and didn't see any other guests. The car park is very convenient. The host was polite and friendly.

There was no lock on the door, this is the first time I've booked accomodation in a shared spaced and not had a lock on the door of my room. As a solo female traveller it did make me feel uncomfortable not to have the security in place, luckily I didn't see any other guests during my stay so think the other room was unoccupied. This was the main draw back for me, I've stayed in other tatami rooms that had latch locks added to the draw screens. There were 3 out of 4 sides with sliding screen door access to the room, this made it feel even more insecure as I couldn't tactically set up my futon position or belongings to help the situation. The house was very cold, there was a heater in the room which helped but it was a struggle to stay warm especially the next morning when going to use the bathroom. Unfortunately I was also a bit too tall for the futon & blanket so my feet were out the end. I've had this a couple times before since I'm taller than the average Japanese person but it was more inconvenient at this location since it was so cold. FYI I'm 173cm so not very tall.

駐車場が家屋の下にあるため、荷物の積み下ろし等で雨風を避けられるのは良かった。

オーナー不在でのチェックインは、宿泊者カードの提出場所がわからないのと、せめて箱などに入れるようにしてもらわないと個人情報が丸見えとなる。 また部屋も入り口のみならず、すべての出入り口が施錠できないとプライバシーが確保できない。
