Il proprietario si è presentato super gentile ed accogliente, dandomi tutte le spiegazioni dell'appartamento e come raggiungere i luoghi che mi interessavano. L'appartamento in un punto tattico, vicino al capolinea degli autobus da dove si poteva raggiungere ogni luogo. La stanza molto pulita e arredata con buon gusto. L'unica accortezza il rubinetto del lavandino della cucina da sistemare.
Il water era tipo wc chimico.

L'host (Marco) è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La camera aveva dimensioni adeguate e il bagno era annesso alla stanza come da descrizione. Quartiere fornito e tranquillo.
Gli utensili a disposizione in cucina erano pochi, tenuti piuttosto in disordine e da sciacquare prima dell'uso. Il bagno è senza finestra e con uno scarico "vecchio stile" un po' rumoroso; idem per il climatizzatore collegato al muro da un tubo in plastica... Da migliorare la pulizia.
