The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the restaurant team, who made our stay more enjoyable.
We have stayed at several Sofitel hotels in different countries, but unfortunately this property did not meet the standard we expected from the brand. The hotel feels outdated and lacks some of the facilities you would expect for the price, so we did not feel it offered good value for money. We were also disappointed to see staff members at the kids' club arguing in front of the children, which was unprofessional and inappropriate. The restaurant staff were much more attentive and engaging—we honestly felt they would have been better suited to the kids' club than the animation team. The kids' club staff seemed more interested in their phones than in interacting with the children. Overall, we expected much more from this hotel.
