    If you’re looking for a place to put your head down and get some rest after exploring Agadir, this hotel is a decent choice. However, I had an issue with getting a fridge to store the cold drinks and fruit I had purchased. I was given misleading information for three days before I finally became frustrated enough for the matter to be taken seriously. If a request has been made prior to arrival, I feel the hotel should either honour it or be transparent with the guest from the beginning rather than giving them the impression that it will be resolved. Apart from this experience, the hotel is a good place to stay. It is rated as a 4-star hotel, although in my opinion, the facilities and overall standards feel more like what you would expect from the early 2000s rather than 2026. On the positive side, breakfast offered a good variety and there was a reasonable range of options. Overall, it’s a satisfactory hotel for a short stay, particularly if your main priority is somewhere comfortable to sleep after a day exploring Agadir.

    I had a very positive experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and attentive throughout my visit. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a restful night. It’s a solid, reliable choice for anyone looking for quality service and a clean, quiet environment. I would definitely consider staying here again.

    The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the washroom, and the pillow covers appeared old and had not been properly cleaned. The toilet seat was loose and moving to the side, and the toilet itself was not clean. I contacted the receptionist and requested to change rooms, but I was told that no other room was available. Overall, I am very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room and the response from the hotel staff. Not recommended
