The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, and everything was as expected. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had some trouble getting into the building at first, but the girl who helped me was incredibly kind and made the process easy. Overall, it was a great experience.
Check-out was at 11:00 a.m.; however, someone rang the doorbell at 9:45 a.m. and again at 10:20 a.m. I’m not sure if it was someone from the apartment management reminding us about the check-out time, but it felt a bit unnecessary since we still had time before the scheduled check-out.

Apartament czysty i zadbany. W kuchni znajdowało się wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków. Dużym atutem jest bardzo dobra lokalizacja oraz bliskość komunikacji miejskiej, dzięki czemu łatwo można dotrzeć do najważniejszych miejsc.Poza tym wszystko było w porządku.
Jedynym minusem był nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience.

The apartment is close to the center, it can be easily reached by bus, but you can walk there as well, it’s a nice neighbourhood.
There is a store and a park nearby which makes the location even better.
The kitchen is equipped, there is a coffee machine, water heater and lots of cups and mugs as well.
The day before our arrival they told us that we cannot stay in the apartment that we booked. They offered us a different one, which was also a good option, but it made the arrival a little bit more stressful. The apartment was not properly cleaned, on our arrival the towels were dirty (there was someone’s hair on the towel), the plates were not as clean as you would expect.
