Stanza bella e spaziosa, bagno gigante e ben fatto.
Bellissima anche la vista sul mare dalla camera da letto!
Ottima la pulizia, anche nella sala “cucina” in comune.
Ottima anche la posizione, vicinissima all’ascensore che collega alla stazione e alle vie principali.
Buona la comunicazione con l’host, simpatia e gentilezza anche all’accoglienza.

Avevo già soggiornato qui in precedenza e la struttura è molto comoda e vicino al mare risulta essere al quarto piano di un palazzo d’epoca con ascensore. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e cortese nel venire incontro a mia problematica verificatasi all’ultimo momento. L’appartamento è pulito, spazioso e munito di televisione, tavolino e sedie e affaccia con la finestra sia verso il mare, che sopra la stazione. L’altezza e i doppi vetri m, fanno sì che il rumore del treno che passa sotto non si senta tanto ma consiglio comunque di portare a tutti dei tappi per l’orecchie. La cucina a disposizione di tutti ed è possibile mettere interno nel frigo le proprie vivande.

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar for mich: nähe Bahnhof und trotzdem absolut ruhig.
Für meinen Geschmack lieblos eingerichtet.
Zum Bad muss man über den Flur - das ist kein Problem; aber ein Spiegel im Zimmer wäre schön. Und im Bad wäre es schön, einen Abfalleimer zu haben ( gibt es bei Ikea für kleines Geld).
Auch den Bezug des Bettes finde ich nicht sehr hygienisch: ein einziges Laken ( das gewaschen wird ) und ganz schnell ist man bei den Teilen, die ganz die ganz sicher nicht jedesmal gewaschen werden. Ein echter Bettbezug wäre hilfreich. Die Einrichtung der Gemeinschaftsküche lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, aber hat meiner Meinung nach kein Interesse an den Bedürfnissen ihrer Gäste. Sorry , aber da der Preis nur 40% unter dem eines *****Hotels in Genua liegt ( incl. Super Frühstück) leider keine Empfehlung
