The host was very friendly, check in was easy. And the access to the beach is in a near walking distance over some steps or alternatively lifts.
The bathroom is nice and modern and the view is pretty special. We personally liked the train tracks in front of the apartment.
It’s a private room with an attached bathroom rather than an independent apartment, which was not so easy to read out of the description. So it is a guest house/ hostel style with several rooms and a shared kitchen. The furniture is basic and would not compare to a 8,5 rating anywhere else. It was okay for one night but we didn’t extend. Check out is at 10, which quite a few accommodations do this way now, which leaves a 5 to 6 hour gap in the middle of the day between check in and out of apartments, not ideal.
