Reyes Apartment Malaga Center

Nagyon praktikus, csodaszép lakás, minden megtalálható a szálláson. 2 napernyő, teljesen felszerelt konyha, hatalmas kanapé plusz két szoba modern beépített szekrényekkel. A légkondi az egész lakásban végigmegy,mint a szállodákban, de külön a hálószobákban is van praktikus ventillátor a mennyezeti lámpa felett. Nagyon hasznos! Mosogatógép,mosógép, sütő,minden modern. Maga az apartman nagyon jó lokációban van. Habár a nappali egy építés alatt álló parkra néz, így a környéken vannak hajléltalanok,de ez nem von le az apartman értékéből, hiszen a szupermarket, éttermek egy lépésre vannak. A strand pedig nagyjából 12 perc séta- kb 1 km gyalog.

A csomagunkat lerakhattuk már nagyon korán (12 körül) és így volt egy kis félreértés,ami a mi hibánk volt (ekkor még az apartman nem volt kitakarítva) viszont utána is a 16 órás átvételkor még folyg a takarítás. De ez nem igazán nagy negatívum

Apartament jest bardzo blisko centrum, dosłownie minutę od Placu Merced, i 3min od innych atrakcji starego miasta. Apartament poza tym jest przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Latem docenisz klimatyzację. Właściciel zadbał o płyn do mycia naczyń, tabletki i sól do zmywarki, detergent do prania, ostre noże, worki na śmieci. Miłym akcentem były kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy (zanim kupiliśmy własne) oraz mini oliwa, sól i ocet winny. Faktycznie myląca jest informacja o netflix bo jest jako aplikacja w tv ale trzeba się zalogować na swoje konto. Właściciel jest miły i mogliśmy wcześniej zostawić walizki, a na powitanie czekał na nas list powitalny z najważniejszymi informacjami. Prosimy jednak zwrócić uwagę dla service team aby ciut dokładniej sprzątał apartament. Warto też aby właściciel częściej sprawdzał stan techniczny obiektu, ponieważ drobne usterki psują wizerunek apartamentu.

Sąsiedztwo apartamentu nie jest estetyczne. Obok budynku jest jakaś ruinka zajęta przez „ocupados”. Ulica i plac są w trakcie remontu ale dzieki temu okolica będzie ładniejsza. Nie mieliśmy problemu z hałasem. Okolica jest cicha i dobrze oświetlona.

Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie jest blisko.

Brak informacji o remontach wokół budynku. Aktualnie dość mocno przeszkadza hałas z rana i nie da się wyspać.

Apartment was decent and location is excellent. Ongoing works and outside is basically a construction site but it didn't bother us too much. Any facilities you wish to use are there for you to cater for yourselves. I found the bed comfortable also as mattresses were nice and thick and not soft (which I don't like). Decent living room too but we did have problems with the TV. They didn't resolve this TV issue during our stay but did reply promptly saying they would take a look asap, so hopefully the next people won't have the same issue. Shower was also good and no issues with hot water or anything like that. Overall I rate this place an 8 out of 10 for a pair of friends traveling together.

They should maybe have checked the TV connection prior. I believe the cable may have been faulty but we discovered we could stream from the phone to the television which circumnavigated this issue.
