Excellent location. Perfect for the town. Everything you could need in terms of facilities. Nice welcoming touches. Lots of useful info on the local area. Easy check-in process.
No parking, but easy to park elsewhere in the town and it was possible to unload luggage. Cleaning issue in Bathroom but otherwise cleaned to a very high standard. Upstairs bedroom is tricky for tall people and lets in a lot of light as not all windows had curtains/blinds.

Location excellent. Nice living space
No car access (which had been made clear at time of booking), and drab views from the property.

Sandy Castle was conveniently located near the High Street, with its array of eateries, pubs and independent shops. The lounge was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The dining room featured a large dining table.
The elevated bedroom’s head height was low - so I was constantly banging my head. The upstairs bathroom was very small and the snug shower was difficult to use effectively. The downstairs bedrooms were separated by a dividing door and lacked privacy.
